While leading marketing teams and rising the corporate ladder, I built FBZ as a side hustle over 10 years ago. Today, it’s my full-time mission: helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience through personalized coaching, group accountability, and fun.

About Me

I founded Fitness by Zoe (FBZ) to help high-achievers like you reclaim control of your health without sacrificing your ambition.

I know what it’s like to juggle career goals, personal responsibilities, and the pressure to "have it all together." That’s why I created a coaching ecosystem that goes beyond workouts. My approach blends mindset coaching, energy management strategies, and personalized fitness to help you prioritize your well-being and sustain your results long term. I’m certified through the American Council on Exercise in Personal Training, Youth Fitness, and Behavior Change, and I hold an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. I bring both science and structure to every program I build.
